DAY 1 : FES - IFRANE - AZROU - ZIZ GORGES AND ZIZ VALLEY - ERG CHEBBI DUNES

Pick up from you accommodation in Fes and drive to Sahara Desert through Ifrane and Azrou they are smalls Amazighs towns and hill resort at the heart of the middle Atlas , the word « Azrou » means Rock in Berber,17 km from Azrou you will find Ifrane is a mountain resort founded by the French in 1929 which today has numerous large villas and chalets, as well as a Royal Palace and hunting lodge , it still manages to have something of a colonial Hill station feel to it-despite the arrival of a large new campus university housed in chalet-type buildings and vast new social housing developments on the Azrou side of town.from Azrou we will have good driving in the cedar Forests , break at Midelt for lunch then driving via Ziz gorges and Ziz Valley from Midelt To Errachidia we will passe to the superb route for the first 20 km the road follows the Oued Ziz , caves can be seen cut in to the cliff. We visit shore of the Barrage de Hassan Addakhil , completed in 1971. The dam supplies water To Errachidia and region’s Oasis . it also limits the lake , Too ; you will cross the driver around 30 km . After the viewpoints, the road soon drops down into the Valley Ziz Valley , known as the Tafilalet , reach our hotel between 5 - 6 p.m. Dinner and overnight int Hotel

DAY 2 : EXPLORE MERZOUGA DESERT AREA :

Today sure we will need 4x4 vehicle To across the Dunes and visiting some Berber villages and nomad family Some 50 Km sothwest from Algeria , Merzouga has one attraction , The 150 m High Dunes of Erg Chebbi , a vast pile of sand stretching into the Sahara. The Dunes are an offshoot of a much bigger area of Dunes cross the border in Algeria but because of the relative accessibility of Erg Chebbi they have often been used as a film set by Hollywood Dunes change colour, from the palest cream to deep orange and reds, and their beautiful shapes and patterns are constantly sculpted by the wind . DAY 3 : CAMEL TREK - RISSANI - ERFOUD - TODRA GORGES - DADES VALLEY :

Today you have to wok up early to watch the beautiful sunrise in the heart of Sahara Desert after that you will have breakfast and shower , travelling to Rissani was once the Berber capital of the Tafilalet region , and a major trading centre , it was founded in 757 by the Arab leader Mousa Ben Nasser , and its location on the major Sahel to Europe tarde route, from Niger To Tangier , gave it considerable importance and prosperity , trading in gold ,its fame grew as did its size.The ruins , little of whish remain , are between the town and the river. A major new Kasbah was put by Moulay Ismail ,but Ait Atta tribe destroyed the town in 1818.The current Alaouite dynasty setted in the surrounding region in the 13th century before gaining the Moroccan Sultanate in the 17th century , we will explore the Todra Gores and typical lunch in this wonderful landscape we across the Thousand Kasbahs’ »as it is marketed , runs between Merzouga and Ouarzazate through arid plains Oasis with a backdrop of harsh mountain landscapes , where semi-nomadic Berber pasture their flocks. The modern world has arrived , however , Toursit buses and four wheel drives bring their flocks to the growing villages at the start of the spectacular Gorges . Overnight in Dades Valley with dinner and breakfast.

DAY 4: DADES VALLEY - ROSE VALLEY - SKOURA - AIT BENHADDOU -MARRAKECH:

You will have great breakfast in the beautiful Valley and after will drive you to Rose Valley around 15 km , the capital of the moroccan Rose-Essence industry and centre of the Mgouna Tribe ; « The name means ‘Citadel of the Mgouna ‘ and is also spelt Kalaat M'Gouna « .The former French administrative centre become a sprawling town with banks.The Rose Festival is held in late May /early June with Dance and processions under a shower of rose petals to celebrate the harvest will take breat and visiting Ait Benhaddou Kasbah up on dramatic hillside , the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou , is one of the largest complexes of traditional packed -earth buildings in Morocco , hence its place on the UNESCO -sponsored World Heritage list.The place’s fame has spread far and wide and high season , Ait Benhaddou grew because of its stategic location on the south side of the Atlas near the convergence of the Draa and Dades Valley Routes. travelling To Marrakech through High Atals and reach our last Destination late afternoon.
